Why order from BUF Supps?
Every lot is analytically tested for identity and purity before we release it, and we keep batch records for everything that leaves our facility. We ship Monday through Thursday, and there is no minimum order — a single vial is treated the same as a bulk purchase.
Can these materials be used on people or animals?
No. Everything we sell is a laboratory research chemical for in-vitro and benchtop work only. It is never to be administered to humans or animals, and it is not food, a drug, a cosmetic, or a medical device.
Who is allowed to place an order?
Purchasing is limited to researchers aged 21 or older who are buying on behalf of a laboratory, institution, or other legitimate research activity. Completing an order is your affirmation that the materials are for lawful research only and that you understand none of these compounds carry FDA approval for clinical or personal use.
Will I be asked to prove who I am?
Sometimes. We may ask for evidence of your research affiliation — an institutional email address, business credentials, or comparable documentation — before an order ships. We would rather ask than let material go somewhere it should not.
How does the Buy One Get One work?
Put any two eligible products in your cart and the cheaper of the two comes off automatically at checkout — no coupon code to remember. It scales as you go: four items means two free, six means three. Both items have to actually be in the cart (ordering a single item will not send you two), and bacteriostatic water is excluded.
How is my order packed and shipped?
Orders leave our facility the same day or the next business day via UPS with tracking, and your tracking number is emailed the moment it is dispatched. We ship within the United States only. On arrival, inspect your materials and store them under controlled laboratory conditions, away from heat, light, and moisture.
