Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Where we ship: United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Processing time: Orders are processed the same day or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Carrier: All orders ship via UPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping fees may apply).
  • Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us right away and we will work with the carrier on a resolution.
  • On arrival: Research materials should be inspected on receipt and stored under controlled laboratory conditions, away from heat, light, and moisture, per the product documentation.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are research materials whose integrity and chain of custody cannot be verified once they leave our facility, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We will make it right in the following cases, at no cost to you:

  • Damaged in transit — the product or vial arrived broken or compromised;
  • Defective — the product does not match its labeling, or independent testing shows its purity is below 99% (see the purity guarantee in our Terms & Conditions);
  • Wrong item — you received a different product or size than you ordered.

How to file a claim: Email support@bufsupps.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund of the affected item — your choice.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before your order ships. Email support@bufsupps.com as soon as possible with your order number; if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund it in full.
